Cerami brings over five decades of experience to Core & Shell projects – inside and outside. Often, we start with understanding the proposed site for the building and the associated acoustical implications.  The mechanical system design is key to achieving the stated acoustical criterion for prospective tenants. Because our corporate interior work is so vast, we think like a tenant and anticipate what they are looking for and all the questions they will want answered.

Concrete and steel buildings are our sweet spot.  However, we have massive experience in mass timber and have set the standard for acoustics in relation to timber construction.  We’ve learned how to work with these beautiful and sustainable materials.

The link between acoustics, audiovisual, IT, security and sustainable design has strong implications that extend beyond just selecting green materials. Cerami has provided consulting on hundreds of Core & Shell projects that are both LEED and WELL certified.

Because building amenities are crucial to tenant happiness, it is important to study the adjacencies and design to isolation as to not disturb the leasable space.
